Freight
Goods are sent via Australia post registered mail and other courier companies. Items sent are not covered by insurance and Blade Exchange does not accept responsibility for any losses that may be incurred whilst goods are in transit. If items missing we shall provide you with all relevant tracking information as confirmation of goods sent. If you wish your items to be insured, please contact us prior to payment and Blade Exchange will provide you with the extra charges.
Warranty
Blade Exchange can accept warranty work on Furzone and Jelly Pet products, all other manufacturer warranty can only be covered by their warranty agents.
Any goods sent out without payment being received remain the property of Blade Exchange until payment is received in full. Customers ordering from our online shop agree for us to send them marketing material.
Refunds, returns, and change of mind.
Please note: Refunds and returns are provided pursuant to Australian Consumer Law and do not affect your rights under said law.
We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.
But you can choose a refund or exchange if an item has a major problem.
This is when the item:
- has a problem that would have stopped someone from buying the item if they had known about it
- is unsafe
- is significantly different from the sample or description
- doesn't do what we said it would, or what you asked for and can't be easily fixed.
Alternatively, you can choose to keep the item and we will compensate you for any drop in value.
If the problem is not major, we will repair the item within a reasonable time. If it is not repaired in a reasonable time you can choose a refund or replacement.
Please keep your proof of purchase e.g. your receipt.
Definitions
"User" means the person or entity using the website.

Your order and payment of goods will be deemed to be an offer and acceptance only happens when we accept the order. The website automatically sends you an order confirmation email. This email merely acknowledges that we have received your order but does not commit us to supply at the prices contained in the offer. Acceptance of your offer will be communicated manually.

From time to time information that would normally be available through the site (including supplier's catalogs) may not be able to be accessed online because of technical or other problems. The Owner, and the Service Provider expressly excludes liability to any User of this site in respect of the unavailability of content regardless of whether or not this unavailability is caused by the negligence of the Owner or the Service Provider.
